Diagram stays current. It is embedded from Datadef, not exported.
This image is served live by the same /api/embed endpoint your diagrams get. Docs embedding a diagram pick up canvas edits within a few minutes.
Do it with your diagram
- 1Make the project public
Open your diagram and click Embed in the top bar, then flip on "Anyone with the link" inside the dialog. This mints its permanent embed URL. Flip it back off anytime, and every embed stops resolving instantly.
- 2Copy the embed markdown
The dialog shows the exact line to paste next to a live render of your diagram, side by side like the demo above. Copy the Markdown line. Prefer an interactive, zoomable version? Pick iframe instead: it drops a live canvas into Notion or any page that accepts HTML.
- 3Paste it, then forget it
Commit it to a README, paste it in Confluence or Notion. When you (or your AI agent over MCP) edit the diagram, every embed updates within minutes. Nothing to re-export, ever.
