Make it public when you choose
Projects are private by default. Flip one switch and the project gets a public link. Flip it back and the link stops resolving, wherever it was pasted.
Send the view link
Anyone with the link opens the diagram in the browser: pan, zoom, fullscreen. No account, no install, and strictly no editing.
Invite the people who edit
Add editors and admins per project. They sign in and land on the same canvas, with live cursors and changes appearing as they happen.
Revoking access is one switch.

Send a link, skip the walkthrough
Most architecture walkthrough meetings exist because the diagram is trapped in a tool the audience cannot open. A view link removes the reason: stakeholders look when they need to, zoom where they care, and nobody books the room.

Honest answers
What can someone with the public link do?▼
View, and only view. They open the diagram without an account, pan, zoom, and go fullscreen. They cannot edit, invite anyone, or change anything. There is no link that makes strangers editors.
How does someone get edit access?▼
Only by invitation. An owner or admin invites them as editor or admin, and they sign in. Editing rights never travel through the public link, and the server enforces the role on every change, not just the interface.
How do I revoke access?▼
Make the project private again and the public link stops resolving, everywhere it was pasted. Invited collaborators can be removed individually at any time. Projects are private by default, so nothing is exposed until you choose to expose it.
Do collaborators need a paid plan?▼
Viewers do not, ever. Holding an editor or admin role requires an active plan or trial. When a collaborator lapses they become a viewer: everything shared with them stays visible, their edit rights pause, and nothing they contributed is lost.
How many people can work on one diagram?▼
Up to 10 collaborators per project, editing the same canvas with cursors and changes in real time. Readers are a different story: the public link serves as many viewers as you send it to.
